Regulations of the Wall

General provisions

At the website of the European Culture Congress, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, the National Audiovisual Institute ("NInA") has created an area called "The Wall - Recycling the Internet" (“the Wall”), which enables the User, after registration and logging in, to create and browse visual collections of weblinks at
The Regulations specify the rules of access to and use of the Wall by the User.
Hyperlinks, hereinafter referred to as "Links", are available through visual collections in the Wall area for non-commercial use and browsing.

Upon registering in the Service, the User creates an account through which he/she can create visual collections of Links, hereinafter referred to as "Collections", that the Service editing team may publish on the Wall area.

"The Contents of the Wall", hereinafter referred to as the Contents, means all Collections presented in the form of a graphic collage, created by registered Users.

 "My Walls" is a section of the Wall available to the Users after logging in, which contains Collections they created that are visible to every visitor to the Service. NInA shall not be responsible for the changes in the Link addresses or in linking images, made by administrators of websites recommended in the collection.

How to create and remove accounts in the Service

In order to use the Wall, you must register in the Service at: You can create an account in two ways:

1. Registration only in the Service by providing your e-mail address and assigning a unique password.

2. Registration through your Facebook account. In you do not have a Facebook account, the system will ask you to create one first, and then to integrate the Facebook account with the account in the Service. By creating such an account, the User agrees for the Service’s access to his/her Facebook account. The User can always disconnect his/her Facebook account from the Service by unchecking the appropriate options in his/her Facebook profile.
During the registration process, the User is obliged to provide current, true and complete information required to create an account in the Service. NInA has the right to suspend or delete the User's account if the provided data is outdated or incomplete.
The User is obliged to keep the password to the Service account secret and not disclose it to any third party. NInA shall not be liable for damages caused by third parties, which came into possession of the User's password.
The User has the right to delete his/her account from the Service at any time by clicking the "Your Congress" link and then "Delete account".

The rules of linking in the Wall area

1. By accepting the provisions of these Regulations, the User agrees that his/her Collections or behaviour towards other Users via the Wall shall not infringe the rights of third parties, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, personal rights, including the right to the image or personal interests. Dissemination of trademarks and of images shall require consent of the entitled person

2. The User declares that the contents published in his/her Collection is his/her property or comes from a source entitled to disseminate it.

3. It is forbidden to:
1) Copy, modify, publish, in any way other than specified in the Regulations, sell, publicly present Collections from the Wall.
2) Post, share, transmit content that is:
a) obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, promoting discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred of any individual or social group,
b) brutal, using blackmail, promoting violence and acts threatening the safety of any person or social group,
c) in breach of the Polish legislation and promoting other conduct inconsistent with the applicable law and principles of social interaction,
3) Attempt to test the code of the Wall area, copy it in whole or in part; attempt to modify or remove the technological solutions of the Wall.
4) Post any advertising, promotional content, spam, chain letters, etc.
5) Use the Wall area and the Service for commercial or promotional purposes.

4. The decision about the publication of each Collection shall be taken by the editors of the Service.

5. If any Collection breaches these Regulations, the editors of the Service have the right to remove such a collection without notifying the User.

Contests for the most interesting Links Collections will be announced in the Wall area. The collections will be created on a topic given by the editors of the Service. The rules of the contests will be specified in separate regulations.

Final provisions
By creating and activating your account in the Service you accept the above Regulations.
NInA reserves the right to amend these Regulations without stating reasons.
