EVENT MARKETING is our core business. We run event projects ranging from small company meetings to huge mass festivals and everything in between: shows, open-air concerts, town fairs, conferences, congresses, conventions, company socials and special format events. We do shows and unconventional cultural events.

In Poland we consider ourselves top experts in mass events and we can boast a track record including events with crowds upwards of 100 000 spectators, such as the Krakow’s: Midsummer Fest, New Year’s Party in the Main Square and ceremonies after the death of Pope JPII with more than two million people in the latter event.

event-factory has produced a number of high-profile cultural events at a national scale, including the Festival of Polish Music and the International Gala of Pyrotechnical Art PyroMachina. We delivered and have contributed to the growth of such successful events as the Kraków’s Misteria Paschalia and the Sacrum Profanum music festivals that have become true high-brow cultural brands of their own.

We are confident to take on any challenge with a cost-efficient and objective-oriented approach that does not compromise any of our customary top quality. We aim to be No. 1. in what we do and so we relish a challenge of ever increasing demands of the changing market. We work with the best and for the best. Because we know the industry and the industry knows us we are in a position to have the best people from various specialised fields on our projects. To our customers this means top quality service without top-heavy agency structure and, ultimately, competitive prices. We never accept projects we do not believe in. We never do amateur ventures. We believe in a specialised and fully professional approach.

Event-Factory is based in Krakow, but operates across Poland and internationally. We have successfully organised events, including conferences, concerts and shows in various locations of Poland. Our database of conference venues in Poland is steadily expanding to meet a variety of customers’ needs for company events, including product launches. We are prepared to respond to highly specific requirements, including unique venues like the medieval Salt Mine at Wieliczka near Krakow, the Wawel Royal Castle in Krakow, the legendary Oskar Schindler’s Factory in Krakow, the former Lenin’s Steelworks in Krakow, the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the Royal Palace at Wilanow near Warsaw, the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw and hundreds of similarly unique locations in various regions of Poland.
