Networking

AAA

Networking is an implementation of an age-old principle that tells us that two is more than one, three is more than two, and so on.

As a group, we can achieve more. But non-governmental organizations often perceive similar institutions as competitors, rather than partners. It’s true that smart networking demands a high degree of self-awareness on the part of the cooperating organizations, along with clearly-defined goals and strategies. But the effort put into networking reaps even greater rewards by allowing a group of NGOs to implement actions that would be unattainable to a single organization. How does smart networking work? How do we start? What do we need to look out for?
